Sheet 04 · Your data

Your records stay yours, and stay apart.

Each company's records live in their own database file, so one company cannot reach another's. What you can do inside yours depends on the role you hold.

Who can do what

Five roles, enforced on the server.

Hiding a button is not security, so the rules are checked where the data is.

  1. 01
    Owner, Administrator, Manager, Member, Viewer

From everything, down to look-only. A Viewer cannot change a record, and nobody can give a role above their own.

  2. 02
    Where you are signed in

Each person can see their open sessions and sign out the others. You are emailed when someone signs in from a browser or network never used before.

  3. 03
    Sign-in limits

Repeated wrong passwords from one computer are slowed and locked out, without letting an outsider lock your own people out.

  4. 04
    Passwords

Stored as one-way hashes. Nobody, including us, can read them.

Safe by design

Backups, updates and a way out.

The boring parts are the ones that matter on a bad day.

  1. 01
    Daily backups, tested

A full backup is made every day and kept 30 days. Restoring one is rehearsed, not assumed.

  2. 02
    Updates cannot lose your data

Each update is tried first on a copy of your data, and rolled back by itself if anything fails.

  3. 03
    Your data out, any time

Ask and we hand over all of it as readable files. Ask and we erase it, and backup copies age out within 30 days.

  4. 04
    No tracking

No advertising, no trackers, and nothing on these pages loads from another website.
